RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your (full-priced) online purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.
Simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please mention your ONLINE ORDER number, which can be found in your confirmation email.
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused upon delivery arrival and returned to you at your expense.
Please use the same shipping method and provider.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
We reserve the right to refuse return of merchandise that does not meet our Return Policy.
In case of return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Once your returned merchandise has been received you will be fully refunded via your original method of payment.
Due to high order volumes and frequent changes in inventory, please contact us before arranging exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, we kindly request that you inform us via email at: email@example.com
If we can meet your exchange request(s), we ask that you return the item at your delivery cost and we will post the new item free of charge.
If we are not able to meet your exchange request(s) due to sold-out stock, we will provide a full refund via original method of payment.
Discounted items are considered final sales.
